4.Efficient and comfortable system
virion presents a new benchtop automat with integrated pipetting system, plate transport and ELISA reader. Our Immunomat^TM TWINsystem with both ELISA washer as well as vacuum washing station for filter plates is ideal for SERION ELISA and SERION Multianalyt^TM assays. Furthermore, four plate positions and incubators with agitation function are integrated.

5.ELISA processor
The ELISA processor offers a wide range of detailed solutions: barcode system for racks and reagents, processing of up to 12 tests per plate, easy access to buffers and reagents, level sensors for all fluid containers and softwarecontrolled tip-management-system.

6.The Immunomat^TM is validated for antibody and antigen detection in serum or plasma as well as for CSF and avidity tests with SERION ELISA classic, SERION ELISA antigen and SERION Multianalyt^TM kits.

7.SERION Multianalyt^TM technology: The future of serology.
Based on flow cytometry the SERION Multianalyt^TM technology allows the simultaneous analysis of several parameters in one test run. With the first CE-labelled kits for qualitative and quantitative antibody detection of different specificities virion plays a leading role in modern in-vitro diagnostics.

8.SERION Multianalyt^TM procession
The ImmunomatTM TWINsystem allows automatic processing of SERION Multianalyt^TM kits. Simultaneous processing of SERION Multianalyt^TM and SERION ELISA tests is possible. Samples processed in bead assays are subsequently analyzed by flow cytometers.

9.Software
With Immunomat software developed by virion assay protocols, panel definitions and work-lists are created easily for routine testing. Connection to laboratory software systems is possible with bi-directional ASTM interface. Evaluation of SERION ELISA tests is carried out with Immunomat software. For the analysis of SERION Multianalyt^TM tests an external software is available for our customers.
